Bet Types and Combination Bets

Multiple selections from various events can be placed and combined onto the bet slip. You can review the following information before confirming your bet:

  • Total Amount – the total stake charged from your account after you confirm the bet. This value depends on the Amount/Bet you input and the number of selections and type of combination you select.
  • Max Winnings – the maximum potential amount you can win on your bet slip if all of your selections are correct.
  • Netto Winnings – the amount you can get (incl. bonus) if all of your selections are correct.
Single bet
a bet on 1 selection (or market) from a virtual event. The selection must be correct to get the return: your stake will be multiplied by the odds to calculate the returns. You can also place multiple selections from the same or different events onto the bet slip as a “single bet” and get the return from all correct selections. In this case the equal stake amount is put on each selection: e.g. if 3 selections are picked and a stake amount/bet is 1 Tsh then your total stake is 3 Tsh.

Example

You place a bet of 2 Tsh on the results of a football match “England – Germany”. You bet on the home team (England) to be a winner and the corresponding odds are 2.50. If your bet is correct (England wins the match) then:

Returns = 2Tsh x 2.50 = 5Tsh

Profit = Returns - Stake = 3Tsh

Combi bet
a bet on 2 or more selections from different events. All selections must be correct to get the return: in such case the prices for all selections are multiplied. The total stake amount is equal to amount/bet chosen.

Example

You bet 10Tsh on the results of 3 football matches: Home team (England) wins in the match “England – Germany” with odds 2.50; Away team (Argentina) wins in the match “Brazil – Argentina” with odds 4.00; Draw in the match “Nigeria – Italy” with odds 3.00. If all of your selections are correct then:

Returns = 10Tsh x 2.50 x 4.00 x 3.00 = 300Tsh

Profit = Returns - Stake = 290Tsh

System bet
a bet on 3 or more selections from different events. You can select how many selections must be correct to get the return: e.g. for “system 2/4” at least 2 selections must be correct, for “system 3/5” – at least 3 selections. The more selections that are correct then the higher your return. To calculate your return, we group your selections into various permutations; each of these contain the number of selections which must be correct according to your type of system. E.g. “system 2/4” means “4 selections are picked and each permutation contains 2 selections” that gives 6 possible permutations in total. Certain selections can also be indicated as a banker that means that such selection must be included into each permutation. E.g. if you indicate 1 selection as a banker for “system 2/4” then just 3 permutations can be generated so that each permutation will contain the banker selection (banker selection plus each of the 3 other selections). The permutation wins if all included selections are correct: in such a case the prices of included selections are multiplied. The permutations are calculated independently and the total return is accumulated from the returns of winning permutations. The equal stake amount is put on each permutation: e.g. if “system 2/4” is selected (no bankers) and the amount/bet is 1 Tsh then the total stake is 6 Tsh because “system 2/4” produces 6 permutations.

Example

You place amount/bet of 5Tsh on “system 2/3” from 3 selections: Home team (England) wins in the match “England – Germany” with odds 2.50; Away team (Argentina) wins in the match “Brazil – Argentina” with odds 4.00; Draw in the match “Nigeria – Italy” with odds 3.00. These selections can be combined in 3 ways:

If both England and Argentina win in their matches, your return will be 5Tsh x 2.50 x 4.00 = 50Tsh.

If England wins and match “Nigeria – Italy” ends with a draw, your return will be 5Tsh x 2.50 x 3.00 = 37Tsh.50.

If Argentina wins and match “Nigeria – Italy” ends with a draw, your return will be 5Tsh x 4.00 x 3.00 = 60Tsh.

If all selections are correct (both England and Argentina win and match “Nigeria – Italy” ends with a draw) then your return will be 50Tsh + 37.50Tsh + 60Tsh = 147.50Tsh.

As there are 3 possible ways to combine selections and your amount/bet is 5Tsh, your total stake is 3 x 5Tsh = 15Tsh.

Split column bet
a bet on 3 or more selections if at least 2 selections are made from the same event. To get the return, at least 1 selection from each event must be correct. The more selections that are correct then the higher your return. To calculate your return we group your selections into various permutations so that each permutation contains only one selection from each event. E.g. there are 2 selections from one event and 3 selections from another one so it gives 6 (2x3) permutations in total. The permutation wins if all included selections are correct: in such a case the prices of included selections are multiplied. The permutations are calculated independently and the total return is calculated from the returns of winning permutations. The equal stake amount is put on each permutation: e.g. if there are 6 permutations in total as in the example above and the amount/bet is 1 Tsh then then the total stake is 6 Tsh.

Example

You place amount/bet of 10Tsh on “split column" from 3 selections: Home team (England) wins in the match “England – Germany” with odds 2.50; Draw in the match “England – Germany” with odds 3.50. Away team (Argentina) wins in the match “Brazil – Argentina” with odds 4.00; Your selections can be combined in 2 ways:

If both England and Argentina win in their matches, your return will be 10Tsh x 2.50 x 4.00 = 100Tsh.

If match “England – Germany” ends with a draw and Argentina wins, your return will be 10Tsh x 3.50 x 4.00 = 140Tsh.

If all selections are correct your return will be 100Tsh + 140Tsh = 240Tsh.

As there are 2 possible ways to combine selections and your amount/bet is 10Tsh, your total stake is 2 x 10Tsh = 20Tsh.
